I am feeling pretty exhausted at this point and feel like I should probably slip into a diabetic coma. Not a funny matter I know but I just came home from Max Brenner's after eating a waffle with chocolate sauce, ice cream with banana and strawberry slices whilst managing to sip half a cookies and white chocolate frappe - yep I feel sick...
